My nannu Nenu is the beating drum in my heart that inspires me to be the chef, father and leader I need to be to inspire and lead my family both at home and at Maha and St Katherine's.

His love and passion for life, family and the church is the cornerstone of the real Delia family strength and no matter what may arise or who may confront us his passion unites us and keeps my true family close to my heart.

His lessons and teachings throughout my life grounded and focused me on what life is truly about, and I feel it is my duty to share these ideologies with the rest of the world.

Just as my father has now taken up the role as the head of the Delia family and starts his page in our family tree. I too will have to when it is my time. I hope I have been a good student as I have had two inspirational role models.

Food is the quintessential common ground for people of all of denominations and I want to use this medium to share Nenu’s dream.
