The cuisine at Maha is a Mediterranean inspired Middle Eastern - bold flavours and traditional spices, underlined by Shane’s background in classical French cuisine. Beginning with the light Mediterranean flavours of Shane’s Maltese heritage, moving through to the earthiness of Lebanese mezze and finishing with sweet aromatics from Morocco, the tastes of Maha will take you on a journey.

Our signature dining experience is the soufra, a banquet style that showcases the diversity of  Maha cuisine. The soufra is our chefs' choice of dishes put together for your table and customised to individual dietary requirements. With the dish items constantly changing, no two soufra experiences are ever the same!
