Located in a sub-basement venue on Bond St in Melbourne’s CBD, Maha pays homage to Middle Eastern hospitality, encompassing this through emphasis on its food, service and ambience. Maha's new and fresh approach to Middle Eastern cuisine has seen it win rave reviews and many awards. 

Maha opened in February 2008 as a venture between Made Establishment and Shane Delia. The brainchild of chef Shane Delia, Maha embraces his Maltese heritage and has certainly taken the notion of Middle Eastern cooking to a new level.

This restaurant will certainly excite all your senses - see, touch, smell, taste and listen to all that is Middle Eastern right in the heart of Melbourne. Enjoy a lavish dinner in the private dining room or restaurant or a quick meal for lunch before you move into the funky courtyard to indulge in the traditional 'shi sha' pipe, famous to the Middle East.
